About Meadow Gate
Established in 1999 by Vintage Communities, Inc., Meadow Gate is a small neighborhood in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Located just off Cooper Road and Highway 20, we are centrally located between Grayson and Loganville. Our school district includes Grayson High, Bay Creek Middle and Trip Elementary. We have 84 homes in our subdivision and share access with Wildwood @ Meadow Gate. Many of our neighbors have grown up in the area, but we have many new faces as well. About half of our homeowners are members of the Wildwood @ Meadow Gate Swim and Tennis.
As a homeowners association we have resident volunteer board members to serve in various committees and leadership roles. The board depends on the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to enforce our guidelines in order for us to live in a clean, safe, and beautiful community. Annually, we accept resident volunteers in the following roles: leadership, ARC, financial, communications, and social. All to promote and support unity and a positive community.

News for Meadow Gate Subdivision
Posted 7/27/2022
MGHOA held its 2022 annual neighborhood meeting. It was good to get together following the past two years of pandemic preventing these meetings. Minutes will be posted soon. However, items included in the meeting were: reading and reviewing the minutes from 2019, getting our HOA Board back to full-strength with the election of a new Vice President (Michael Wolgamott) and adding a third ARC member (Kathleen Beavers), reviewing our past and this year’s budgets, discussing several items of new business – which included an upcoming neighborhood party in the Fall. Again, we will post the minutes from the meeting soon. Your attendance at these meetings is strongly encouraged.
In order to keep our neighborhood a wonderful place to live and create a great community, we need your participation. Here’s to our Meadow Gate subdivision remaining A Great Place to LIVE!
